Problem Statement:

Third grade elementary students in the Pacifica school district have a hard time understanding the mathematical process and often struggle with the order of steps in division.

Purpose Statement:

The purpose of this study was to research and develop a method to assist children in clearly understanding the steps and 
the methods of division
